PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

By ordering an Energy Performance Certificate from Central Counties Home Inspectors Ltd (CCHI) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Information provided by you to us.
You will be asked to provide us with information about your property that we deem necessary to produce An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The specific questions we ask will vary from property to property. We will ask for this information in e-mail or in a letter by post or in person.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your contract for the EPC will normally be fulfilled by delivering to you by e-mail the EPC within 3 days of us receiving payment for your EPC.
This timescale is for guidance only and we shall not be responsible for delays owing to holiday periods, inability to gain access to the property or other causes outside of our reasonable control.
If EPCs are ordered by a letting agent, the invoice generated from the website is to be paid within 5 working days of receipt of the next month’s rent, or within 59 days in any case.
Registered letting agents are to order EPCs and raise an invoice ONLY if the property is currently let or/and has a rental income. If the property is vacant or is becoming vacant then the EPC is to be paid in advance by cheque or credit/debit card payment.
If a letting agent orders an EPC and raises an invoice for the same then they will be liable for the price of the EPC

By using this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site. CCHI may modify these Terms and Conditions at anytime.

Your Cancellation Rights
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on 0845 1302350, quoting your order reference number before they are invoiced. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be processed for 48 hours in extremely busy periods.

Provided you cancel your order before the Energy Assessor has visited the property and carried out a survey we will refund the cost less administration charges of £20 + VAT.

Price Increases
CCHI Ltd. reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability. CCHI Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

Pricing Errors
Although we make every effort to ensure any prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products or service you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products or service you will receive a full refund.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
