The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requires that all dwellings have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when they are marketed for sale, when let or on construction.

For sales, the EPC is included in the Home Information Pack. For lettings it is a standalone document.

CCHI has been providing EPCs since the advent of Home Information Packs (HIPs) on 1st August 2007. Some of our Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are trained and employed by us and give our clients the peace of mind and quality of a firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our systems allow us to create the certificate on site and therefore we achieve turnaround times unbeatable in the marketplace. We can also supply agents with graphs of the ratings in JPG format for sales and lettings particulars and an information leaflet for landlords.
